I was watching Clipta News today and watched a video about a lawsuit filed by Joe Satriani vs. Coldplay. Joe is claiming that part of his song, “If I could fly”, which was written back in 2004, was plagiarized by Coldplay. Their latest hit from their new album “Viva La vida” has a verse that is almost identical to that of Satriani’s song. I searched both music videos on Clipta video search and realized that Satriani is not making it up. I am a huge Coldplay fan, but it sounds too similar for it to be a coincidence.
